Miriam Benatti's Bodyworks

 About Miriam

Miriam Benatti’s practice stems from the holistic belief that change and healing occur when both client and therapist, together, create a restorative dynamic.

During a session, you can expect client-centered, muscle-specific work. After reviewing with you your medical history and desired result of a session, she will come up with a treatment plan to best meet your needs.

Her approach to releasing trigger points, stubborn “knots,” and fascial restrictions includes incorporating compassionate listening with deep tissue manipulation and energy work. She will encourage you to breathe fully and with your tissues' movements to improve the body’s natural ability to oxygenate those tissues and relax the mind.

As a mother, she is especially interested in women’s health and enjoys working with pregnant and post-natal women and athletes. In her spare time, Miriam enjoys weight training, cooking, hiking, drawing, playing with her family, and practicing yoga.
